Sarah is an internationally qualified holistic health and natural beauty therapist as well as an Integral Yoga teacher, with over 20 years of experience and considered very highly in her field. Incorporating all her skills and many years of training; as a dedicated and experienced therapist, she aims to inspire and support you back to your own true nature peace, calmness and clarity of mind.
Her interest in natural health started as a child, when she managed her hereditary conditions through natural remedies and yoga. After a progression into nutrition in 1989 this followed in to holistic health and beauty therapy in 1991, gaining internationally recognised qualifications in beauty therapy, specialised massage therapy and reflexology. she then set up her own Holistic Health and Beauty Clinic in Cornwall.
As a mother of three boys, Sarah has always incorporated yoga and natural therapies into her everyday family life. She is predominantly a family therapist who treats all ages, from post- natal massage to reflexology for mature people. She also teaches yoga to young children, teenagers and adults, baby massage instruction to parents, reflexology, holistic health and wellbeing courses.
Sarah is focused on continuing her professional development in this wonderful field of healing. She has continued her study to fully explore all the holistic treatments she can, in order to help her clients on a more complete and deeper level. She gained additional diplomas in advanced reflexology, aromatherapy, reiki healing, hydrotherm therapy, baby and Indian head massage as well as stress management. In 2001 Sarah embarked on her life journey of lntegral Yoga, training as a yoga instructor to an intermediate level, alongside training as an adult education teacher. She is currently the coordinator for Integral yoga somerset.
Sarah is a practising member and teacher of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). She is a Reiki master and is affiliated with the International Council of Holistic Therapists (MICHl), the International Federation of Health and Beauty Therapists (MIFHB) and the Association of Therapy Lecturers (MATL). Insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), she abides by their professional ethics and code of conduct and is committed to continuing her professional training (CPD).
