 With Integral Hatha Yoga classes in Frome, you can   balance your life, self regulate your stress levels and   enjoy the rewards of your regular yoga practice with a   flexible body and clarity of mind. 


 Improve your posture and posture awareness, fitness,   body tone and core muscle strength, and boost energy   levels and vitality with Hatha Yoga (asana/postures).   Combined with Deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and   visualisation techniques, breathing techniques   (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation, will allow you

 to become relaxed and rejuvenated in body, mind and   spirit.


 I welcome all ages and abilities, from beginners to   intermediate. No experience is necessary ­- yoga is for   everybody!

 Term time classes on Tuesdays at 7pm - 8:15pm (75 mins)


 At the Bennett centre (St.John's hall), Vicarage Street,                   Frome, BA11 1PU

  • £12 per session on a termly course (student/concession £10)
  • £15 drop ­in fee (student/concession £12)


Next term starts Tuesday 9th January 2024 - 5 week term finishing on Tuesday 6th February 2024.

In my field of yoga, Integral Yoga and Heart of Living Yoga - I am also known as ‘Devaki’, an honourable name meaning the ‘divine mother’ which I humbly received from Sri Swami Satchidananda in 2000, the founder of Integral Yoga.
