Hello, I'm Sarah Baudains-Bourne, the founder of Pure Heart and offer a wide range of Holistic and natural Beauty treatments, Yoga and handcrafted naturally pure Aromatherapy products, to suit all your wellbeing and pampering needs for your body, mind, soul and spirit.

When visiting Pure Heart therapies, my priority is to keep you as safe as possible. Therefore I wanted to reassure you that I maintain being in line with the government guidelines and the guild lines of my professional awarding body, the FHT.

I have completed the COVID-19 Awareness course certificate for therapists. Having since made a number of changes in the way that I operate, I still wear a mask and continue with high standards of hygiene.

I allow 20-30 minutes between clients to re-sterilise the treatment couch and room, ready for your safe welcome.

If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise us as soon as possible and DO NOT COME TO THE SALON FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. We have amended our booking terms and conditions and you will not be charged for any appointments which you miss due to illness and other Covid Regulations.

Sarah is very flexible with how you want to use your time with her, whether it’s 2 separate sessions, Reflexology, Aromatherapy/ massage, yoga etc. I went for a combined reflexology followed by full body massage. This is the first time i've had Reflexology & it's amazing! Think of it as a real pampering of the feet yet at the same time addressing all other parts of the body. My feet & body a day on feel rejuvenated!

This was followed by a full body massage. Firm, yet totally absorbing and relaxing. Sarah gave in particular the top of my back and shoulders a real work out, as well as my calves. The hot stones then elevated the massage to another level! But it was the total body piece that made me feel I was in the hands of a true practitioner, with many years experience and a real focus in the session, to ensure that you're left feeling your body has had a good deep pampering, that in our busy lives we rarely get.
